Our mission brings together AI literacy, independent research, responsible governance, and equitable access. The Caribbean Legal AI study is our first proposed research program.

Abigail Charles is Director and the proposed lead of the Caribbean Legal AI study. Research collaboration roles are being developed; institutional partnerships have not been confirmed.
Our relationship with FAHalways LLC
FAHALWAYS Foundation Corporation is the nonprofit arm of FAHALWAYS. Its public-interest activities are distinct from FAHalways LLC’s paid AI evaluation, consulting, and product-development services. Commercial case materials are not automatically public resources.
Charitable status
Fahalways Foundation Corporation is listed in IRS Publication 78 as eligible to receive tax-deductible charitable contributions. Contributions may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
