Methodology collaboration
Help refine the study design, analysis plan, and reporting approach. Collaboration terms, time commitments, and authorship will be agreed with contributors and institutions.
Legal expertise
We welcome jurisdiction-qualified practitioners and academics in Jamaica, Barbados, Trinidad and Tobago, North Carolina, New York, and California, as well as relevant federal-law specialists. Discuss source verification, assessment design, and independent review across employment, procedure, and the additional US study subjects.
Supervised student research
Potential law and computer science roles include supervised source verification, research-material preparation, and evaluation-infrastructure support. These are proposed roles rather than open recruitment commitments.
Institutional partnership
Discuss research governance, ethics determination, secure storage, and publication arrangements. No institutional endorsement or partnership is currently claimed.
Shared methods, local legal expertise
The two study arms use a common approach to source conditions, jurisdictional reasoning, and blinded legal assessment. Specialists preserve each jurisdiction’s legal substance. Employment and civil/commercial procedure form the matched regional comparison; broader US subjects are reported separately. Explore the connected study.
